CBD Soup
Soups are a great winter-time lunch or dinner. They’re easy to make, healthful, chocked full of vegetables and, most importantly, are hot. Some soups can be a great vehicle for CBD, especially if they incorporate cream. Here’s a simple CBD soup that’s delicious and won’t take you long to prepare.
Ingredients
• 3 Cups of Vegetable Stock
• 1 ½ Cups of Heavy Cream
• 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
• 1 Tablespoon of Flour
• CBD Oil
• ½ a Red Onion
• 2 Stalks of Celery
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 1 Cup of Broccoli
• Any Other Vegetables You Like in Soup
• Fresh Coriander (About a Handful Chopped)
• Black Paper
Instructions
1. Start by heating the vegetable stock in a large pot
2. Dice up your broccoli along with your red onion, celery, garlic cloves, coriander and any other vegetables you want to add
3. Once the vegetable stock is boiling drop in your chopped broccoli and cook for five to six minutes
4. In a smaller skillet on another burner sauté the garlic, onion and celery in the olive oil
5. After a few minutes of sautéing add the flour and the CBD oil – stir the mixture to thicken it (Careful with exposing the CBD to excessive temperatures – avoid going over 300 degrees Fahrenheit if possible – keep in mind boiling temperature for your soup is 212 degrees so you should be okay)
6. Add the sautéed veggies and CBD oil from the skillet into the big pot and bring it to a simmer
7. Add the heavy cream, stir and continue simmering for eight to ten minutes
8. Garnish when served with black pepper and chopped coriander
